Concept of a Beverage Research Centre

In order Lithuanian beverage manufactures would be provided with conditions to develop products capable of outrivaling international brands, the ABBI cluster uniting the beverage industry together with scientists of Kaunas University of Technology started developing the project of establishment of a Beverage Research Centre.

The cluster together with Kaunas University of Technology is planning technological training of the following topics:

• Laboratory and trial production equipment for beverage industry
• Functional food products and ingredients
• Contemporary methods of food analysis
• Contemporary methods of natural ingredient production
