ABBI cluster together with the Institute of Environmental Engineering (APINI) of Kaunas University of Technology carries out the project of Harmonious Beverage Industry Development.
This project is intended for constant increase of industry effectiveness final objective whereof is optimization of environmental protection, economic and social effectiveness of companies. Beverage production companies increase productivity by reducing influence on environment with preventive environmental protection measures, i.e. by reducing consumption of raw material, water and energy for one production unit. Increase in productivity and reduction of costs related with production and environmental protection reduces the cost price of production and increases competitiveness of companies.
